Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425o.
- Wash the sprouts thoroughly.
- Trim ends off and cut sprouts in half.
- Add 3tbsp olive oil to sprouts.
- Add 1/2tsp salt.
- Add 1/4tsp fresh ground pepper.
- Mix sprouts, oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange sprouts on a baking sheet (line baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup).
- Roast in oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove sprouts from oven when tops are nicely browned.
- Plate and finish with a sprinkle of lemon zest from 1/4 of a lemon.
- (Optional) Try adding a sprinkle of parmesan cheese to taste.
